We have to learn to become more resilient within our community(ies). Building together is key! In the first part of episode 8, we looked at the community’s main aspects of resilience, drawing out from practical examples and actions you can take to improve your life and your community. We all need to become more resilient, especially when the sand keeps shifting underfoot in the last year. We miss a lot of the time because it’s not me that works and practises the resilience game. “Resilience is a team sport!” – Dr Johnson Tamlit. Community life, having friends and social connections and having a voice in decisions that affect you are vital to your wellbeing.
