Finding Your Resilience In Nature

Finding Your Resilience In Nature

Momentum Resilience Series Ep6

There’s no better teacher of resilience than Nature. It is impossible not to be profoundly touched and transformed when we get fully immersed in it. The experience shows us that the longer we get exposed to the natural environment such as forests, mountains, rivers, lakes, etc., the stronger we get.

“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.” Henry David Thoreau

Allow yourself to be challenged and changed by it, step outside, connect, walk, stop, listen, be still, embrace the moment. Release all your senses when in nature and see what happens.

In this 6th episode, we explore how resilience can be built by connecting with nature. This is also a special episode as we could meet for the first time since COVID-19 started.
