Movement brings benefits.
But as we move from childhood to adulthood, we become more sedentary. This may seem obvious, but it does not have to be inevitable.
You can design your environment to facilitate movement and build up small moments of micro-movements; in a lifetime, the effects matter.
Something as simple as where you put your plates in the kitchen can influence your health. The more conveniences we have, the less we move. In time, we resort to going to the gym for exercise to replace the lost movement.
