Design Your Movement. It Can Save Your Life

Movement brings benefits.

But as we move from childhood to adulthood, we become more sedentary. This may seem obvious, but it does not have to be inevitable.

You can design your environment to facilitate movement and build up small moments of micro-movements; in a lifetime, the effects matter.

Check out some simple ways of reintroducing movement without stress or willpower.

And as you do more of these, your health and wellbeing will benefit.
