All of us know of things that run in the background like the boiler in our homes or the engine under the bonnet of our cars. They operate without us knowing what they do, we don’t see them. But we are connected to and affected by them.
In the same way, our minds, emotions, and physiology-heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing-are connected.
By seeing and measuring changes we are motivated to believe. We can build (more) perseverance. Our minds and bodies have always been linked, only now we can visualise the link, take action, and be empowered. As we do these things resilience grows.
