Before we start, let’s define what OKRs are. There are thousands of sites with great definitions out there. To keep it simple, we will use the definition found on Wikipedia – “Objectives and key results (OKR) is a goal-setting framework for defining and tracking objectives and their outcomes.”

We have released this week an interview with our good friend and associate Marcos Barros, The OKR guy in the UK, where we discuss Mental Models and how we can use that to improve our daily lives.

Marcos has worked with companies and individuals in the UK and Latin America, developing their potential and supporting business growth. Although OKRs are mostly related to organisations, businesses and institutions, Marcos is convinced that they can also be applied to our daily lives.

Here he speaks to us in the short video below, telling us how one can improve the quality of their decisions, power up their choices, monitor and measure the outcomes and make changes that will enable consistent growth for a full, happy and fulfilled life.

Watch the video below and learn how to apply OKRs in your personal life, professional, or business career.
